⭕️هر شخص خودش باید اثبات کند که حسابش غیرتجاری است:
🔹در بررسی رسیدگی به گزارش کمیسیون تلفیق لایحه بودجه ۱۴۰۳ بخش هزینه‌ای در جلسه علنی صبح امروز مجلس شورای اسلامی، نمایندگان با بند ج تبصره ۶ موافقت کردند؛
🔹در صورتی که جمع مبلغ و دفعات واریز به حساب‌های غیرتجاری هر شخص حقیقی در هر ماه، از جمع مبلغ و دفعات واریزی که تا پایان اردیبهشت ماه سال ۱۴۰۳ توسط شورای پول و اعتبار تعیین می‌شود، بیشتر باشد، اثبات درآمدی نبودن تراکنش‌ها و ارائه اسناد و مدارک به عهده صاحب حساب می‌باشد. منظور از حساب غیرتجاری، (کانال هنرستان حسابداری )حسابی است که نزد سازمان امور مالیاتی کشور به‌عنوان حساب مرتبط با فعالیت مودی ثبت نشده باشد.
